Dr. Caudry completed her PhD in Microbiology from La Trobe University in Australia and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at McGill University in Montreal. She then specialized in Periodontics at the University of Toronto, where she also earned her Master of Science.
She has received several awards during her education and her career.
Professional work
Dr. Caudry is a certified periodontist in Canada. Her practice covers dental implants, treating gum disease (both surgically and non-surgically), regenerating periodontal tissue, and gum grafting. She has years experience placing dental implants, including immediate implants and computer-guided implant surgery, bone grafting (including guided bone regeneration and sinus lifts), complicated extractions, and gum grafting.
Along with her private practice, Dr. Caudry is active in teaching and belongs to several professional associations. She runs regular study clubs for dentists in the Greater Toronto Area who want to learn more about periodontics and implant dentistry. She is also a clinical instructor in the periodontal department at the University of Toronto, where she teaches implant surgery, bone reconstruction, and cosmetic gum surgery to graduate students in Periodontics. She's also involved in dental research and speaks at national and international dental conferences.
As both a clinician and an academic, Dr. Caudry combines hands-on experience with ongoing research, keeping her up to date with the latest science and technology in periodontics and implant dentistry.
At Bloor-Yorkville Periodontics, her practice spans dental implantology and the full range of periodontal care, from non-surgical and surgical treatment of gum disease to tissue regeneration and soft tissue grafting. She has extensive experience in implant placement, including immediate and computer guided implant surgery, guided bone regeneration, maxillary sinus augmentation, and complicated extractions.
